Scholarship Provider Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in listing your scholarship with Scholarships360.org. To ensure the inclusion of your scholarship on our platform, please ensure that it adheres to the below guidelines.
No Application Fees
The scholarship does not require a fee to apply. The scholarship also does not require paid membership in an organization (with certain exceptions for reputable trade organizations and others).
Student Data Protection
The scholarship provider's privacy policy does not allow for the sale of student data.
No Required Service Sign-ups
Students are not required to sign up for a site or service to apply. There are certain exceptions to this, for example if the sponsoring organization is a major corporation or nonprofit with its own scholarship application system.
No Lead Generation or Idea Harvesting
The scholarship is not primarily used for lead generation or idea harvesting purposes. Lead generation scholarships will require students to sign up for an app or website and require minimal (if any) application requirements. Idea harvesting scholarships will require students to submit blog posts or other materials that companies may use for marketing purposes.
Protection of Sensitive Information
Students should not be prompted to provide sensitive personal information including but not limited to social security numbers or credit card information.
If your scholarship meets these guidelines, please submit the scholarship information online using our scholarship submission form. Scholarships360 reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to reject any scholarship submission we feel does not meet our standards.

Scholarship Administration & Management
Once your scholarship has been listed in our database, please email us prior to the start of each application cycle to keep the information current. For scholarships not administered by Scholarships360, we do not endorse, sponsor, or administer the scholarships listed on our Platform. We make efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but scholarship details, eligibility criteria, and application processes may change without notice. All Scholarships360 found on our platform is for general, informational, and educational purposes only. Nothing found on our platform is deemed to be legal or professional advice.
